Introduction of deep groove ball bearings:

Deep groove ball bearing mainly take radial load as well as take moderate axial load. With less coefficient of friction, high limiting speed, large size range and varations of structure, they are suitable for precision instruments, low noise motors, automobiles,motorcycles,and other common machinery, as a widely used type of bearings in machinery industry.

Sealed deep groove ball bearingsDeep groove ball bearings with sealing disks (contacting gaskets) or covering disks (non-contacting gaskets) allow simple designs. Bearings are offered both with 1 and 2 sealing or covering disks. Bearings with two-side gaskets are filled with top quality grease. Sealed bearings can be used in a temperature range from – 30 °C to max. 110 °C (short term) for contacting and up to max. 120 °C for non-contacting gaskets. One should note here, that the period of grease use will reduce at a permanent temperature of > 70 °C. Special greases are offered for such cases.Deep groove ball bearings with annular groove in outer ringDeep groove ball bearings with annular groove in the outer ring simplify the design in many cases because they can be fixed simply by a snap ring and axially in the housing to save space.
