Double Row Ball Slewing Bearings
Double-row ball slewing bearings are two-row steel ball structures. It has greater bearing capacity than single-row rotary bearings. With good safety factors, it can bear axial load, radial load, and tilt moment at the same time. The double-row slewing bearings have three seat rings. The steel balls and spacer blocks can be arranged directly into the upper and lower ferrule, and two rows of steel balls with different diameters are installed respectively according to the force conditions. The axial size and radial size of the double-row ball slewing bearings are relatively large and strong, so it is usually used in diameter tower cranes, truck-mounted cranes, etc. Double-row slewing bearings are mainly made of 50Mn, 42CrMo, and C45.

How To Extend The Life Of Rotating Ring Bearings:
In heavy duty applications, premature failure of large diameter bearings is a common fate.
However,Regular maintenance can prevent 96% of rotary ring bearing failures. To maximize bearing life, follow these tips: raceway and gear lubrication, bolt torque inspection and seal inspection.
Most rotary bearing failures are due to lubrication problems, contamination, overload, improper fitting and mounting.
